Emma Jenkings is a specialist in resolving conflict, and in helping organisations and individuals learn the skills to become better at managing and preventing conflict, so they can have more positive and peaceful relationships - at work and in their personal lives.

 

After graduating from her law degree, Emma worked for a number of years at the Employment Tribunal and then attained her accreditation in workplace and employment mediation. In 2016 Emma set up her company, Mosaic Mediation, to provide mediation, coaching, advisory and training services to organisations.

 

Alongside Emma being an accredited workplace and employment mediator, she is also a trained conflict coach and is qualified to deliver DISC profiles and assessments. She also provides advisory services to businesses wishing to prevent, resolve and manage conflict effectively.

 

Over the years, Emma has successfully resolved conflict in a variety of sectors including: the NHS, local council offices, engineering, manufacturing, biochemists, and aeronautical engineering.
