Tanya is a Leadership & Management trainer with 8 years’ experience delivering training to colleagues, managers and their teams at all levels across the organisation.

 

Tanya has over 14 years of public sector experience and started her career in a HR recruitment role.  She then moved to Learning and Development and her specialist areas include influencing and engaging skills, customer service, emotional intelligence and team development. Seeing teams develop and grow is something she finds extremely rewarding.

 

Tanya is an accredited Institute of Customer Service (ICS) trainer, with experience of delivering the ‘First Impressions’ and ‘Service Impact’ courses. She is a certified Client Practitioner in the use of Insights Discovery and provides training on this tool including bespoke team days as well as one-to-one coaching.  

Tanya also holds a Teaching Certificate in Information Technology, Certificate in Personnel Practice and a CMI Level 5 Management and Leadership certificate.

 

When Tanya isn’t working, she enjoys getting creative making cards and gifts and sewing.  She has a passion for re-upholstering furniture and likes to bring other peoples cherished items back to life.

She will also be found in the great outdoors, enjoying a spot of nature and wildlife with her family.
