I have worked within Workforce Development since 2007 in a number of roles supporting and providing Learning & Development and Organisational Development solutions to individuals and teams within the public sector and private sector.

Creating and delivering high impact and creative solutions always focusing on the individual or team outcome, my delivery is not your traditional “chalk and talk” but interactive, thought provoking and even fun!

I am a qualified coach and some of my recent clients include public and private sector managers, business owners, performers and teachers.

An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a qualified coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), I have a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and I am an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner. I also hold a diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I have a passion for people! That’s why I do what I do. I love to see people develop and grow and unlock their full potential.

I am fascinated by the complexities of human behaviour and the impact this can have within the workplace. Helping individuals and teams explore this and make a positive difference gives me a great sense of pride and satisfaction.

A number of great coaches and practising self-coaching techniques has put me where I am today. I know the value of exploring opportunities in a safe and creative environment to unlock potential and help someone become the best version of them self – whilst always staying true and authentic!

individual, is to be able to offer creative, innovative, effective training and
development opportunities that meets both the organisational needs and those of the individual / team[s] in a variety of ways and that classroom training should not be a default option but rather an option from a host of other tools which are at the trainer’s disposal.
This has been highlighted during the last year, by the pandemic, with large parts of the workforce working from home. The need to be flexible; innovative and creative in meeting organisation and learners needs through options which include; virtual classroom training; eLearning; bitesize and mobile learning, has never been more critical.
Any training intervention offered will need to be achieved in a cost-efficient way; a timely manner and equally as important be usable post training.
